“My interest in psychology stems from an innate curiosity about people and the world. I am constantly amazed by the capabilities inherent in people, and being a therapist allows me a front-row seat to the incredible growth people can achieve”
How I work
I work primarily from an integrative psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural approach, but I prefer to tailor my intervention based on the patient and context. Thus my approach may include use of various other therapeutic techniques and may be either short or long term. Through the therapeutic process, I hope to create a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can be free to express yourself in whatever way you need. My aim is always to build a stronger self, better able to manage past and current difficulties.
I offer varied psychological services, including assessments and therapy for individuals, families and couples across the age spectrum. I am also able to conduct psychological health-related workshops for groups of people wanting to improve mental health and wellbeing (including within corporate settings).
