“My interest in psychology stemmed from a desire to understand myself and people around me better and to make meaning of certain life experiences. I was always curious about others and this curiosity has grown over time to an understanding of how deeply we are connected to each other and our world. I strive to ensure that therapy is a safe space for everyone to walk their own journey and express themselves without shame or judgement. It is my hope that the space that encourages safe navigation through key life experiences while feeling empowered to grow”
